If there's issues with your order, we'll put it on hold and contact you. Before an order goes to production, our team reviews the submitted design to make sure it is correct. If there's issues, we do our best to correct it on our own and send a proof for approval. If for some reason we can’t fix the design, we’ll contact you. Please reply us promptly to avoid delivery delay.
If there's no issues with your order, we usually make the stamps in the next business days and will send you the tracking number when we're about to ship.
Stamps are tested before they are shipped to you. We take every reasonable precaution to ensure that products are not damaged, however, damage may still occur during shipping. Once you receive your order be sure to inspect the product to ensure that it was not damaged. If you have any concerns about the quality of your order, please let us know and we'll address it.
